Living very rural, this is BY FAR the most reliable internet provider. Price is great and with 3 teen gamers, the internet can get strained. Even when all 3 are gaming and hubby and i want to stream something, there is just a slight lag, if any. That is amazing for my area, and i have tried them all. I recommend Visionary to everyone, rural or in a city. Forgot to say, we have had them for years and never had an issue with payments, autopay, or needing a service tech!

i called to close my account and i was told that i wouldn’t be charged for that month because the internet wasn’t being used because i had another company hook up their internet. then i get an email that im going to be sent to collections if i don’t pay the $77 for the internet that wasnt being used. for how much the charge for their bad service is insane. 77 dollars a month for lowest coverage is absurd. i would not recommend anyone to visionary. go with vyve

I've had Visionary provide internet for multiple residences on and off since 2011/2012. They are simply the best ISP serving our area. Their technicians and tech support have all been outstanding in my dealings with them. It is nice to call tech support and talk to a human being that not only lives in the same country that I do, but also the same state. What a concept! Amazing company, amazing customer service, and amazing internet service. Choose Visionary!

I would not recommend them to anyone. I have been rescheduled many times for 2 month. Today was another appointment they rescheduled. That is not acceptable.
