People please don’t fall for these scam artists ready to make a profit from your hard work, they don’t care about you or your business all they do is sit back and collect a fat commissions for doing nothing, Don’t fall for there fake five star reviews. I decided to sell my business and contacted them to get advise, they made it sound like there is no other choice, they made it sound like they have buyers lined up, not true at all. Your better off listing it in the newspaper that no one will read. Only a week later I realized I had made a big mistake. They only care about you for a day or two then you will never hear something if some replies to your add. The broker promised me if I didn’t want sell My business with them it would be no hard feelings and commission was never the issue, lies that was all they wanted. I have very popular restaurant and I listed for a reasonable price and no one ever got to see it they used my business as a bait to sell others they made more money on when I confronted them then I had one buyer show up and instantly ready to make a offer, then I got the offer but guess what a huge commission was add, they offered to raise the price just to cover and add to there commission. I was offering a great deal but they raised the price to make more and wanted me to sign off, I never did. They tried to tell me I would have to pay commission any way. The brokers here will take everything you got. Don’t buy or sell here. They are unethical and unprofessional people who will do what ever it takes to still your hard work. Do not trust them with your business

Stay away from this broker, I called them three times every time they said we will give you a call back and they didn't.
Business' owner of Smog and Auto registration in south of Orange County with asking price 140k I hope you will see this comment, I highly recommend you find another broker otherwise your business will stay on ads forever.

Unfortunately, we chose VR business brokers to list our business. We could have used anyone in the world to upload it on to a listing site and sit back and do nothing. Our thinking was that we had to chose a broker in a metropolitan area so as to get the most visibility. Were we wrong...

Any business broker in any city could've listed our/your business. We should have stayed with a local broker who actually would have done their job as an agent/broker.

When you buy a home through an agent it's the agents job to guide you through the process because that's their job. It's in their and your best interest to get the sale completed. If not then they don't get paid and you don't get to sell/buy the home. This is not how business brokers work. They make you sign a contract. Even if they do not perform their job, they get paid. Our agent and brokerage literally did not do one thing in the entire transaction. We had to deal with the escrow company, buyer, bank, state, etc. all by ourselves. ZERO HELP from anyone at VR Business Brokers.

We even constantly asked them for help and direction and they just pointed fingers at each other. Once the commission agreement was signed, our agent did not initiate contact once!! NOT ONCE!!! until we called him. We even had many heated arguments about what they are doing and why things haven't been taken care of. In the end, we had to do ALL the research, all the paper work, all the communications, all the follow-ups, everything, EVERYTHING ourselves. If we had not been so determined to get this done the sale would not have gone through.

We thought that an agent or brokerage with decades of experience would know what to do and do it well. NOT THESE GUYS....
