Amazing. The best hospital stay I had ever had, all the staff was kind and attentive, I went in for an emergency surgery, the surgeon was concise and got to business as soon as she could. The nurses especially deans, was the best and most accommodating nurse I’ve ever had. Any problem I had he made sure it was taken care of and made sure I wasn’t in any pain for my stay. If I could choose a hospital, it would always be this hospital.

Very nice hospital. Didn’t take very long to register. The nurses in the area I went to were so friendly and helpful. I was a bit nervous about my procedure, but honestly had nothing to worry about. Donna was my nurse and Dr Kline did my procedure. I was very happy about going there

My experience is based solely on the Labor and Delivery Department of the hospital. This was my first labor and delivery experience with my first child.

The day I started having contractions, their phonelines were down due to an AT&T issue, I was freaked out of course so I went in as directed by my Kaiser nurse to go and check in just in case since I couldn't speak to anyone.

Once I was checked in and was taken to the second floor of the Maternity Unit I was put at ease. Darla was our triage nurse and was so sweet and funny and I already was feeling more comfortable as she checked my vitals. I even felt happy and excited because of how she made me feel.

Once I moved into a room of my own , we met with Dona ( whom we ended up seeing the following day as well because I didn't give birth until the following day. She along with Lacy (traveling nurse) and the woman who administered the epidural Trisha I believe...

I am writing this two months post partum so I hope I didn't forget their names . I am so grateful for the Watsonville Community Hospital Maternity Ward. I would not hesitate to go there again if I were to have a second child. Thank you all for taking care of me!

I also appreciate they let my family witness the birth and be there to support me .

If you are reading this and deciding where to have your child. Be rest assured you'll be taken care of here. Good luck=)

The nurses and doctors at the wound clinic have been friendly and supportive as well as competent while providing the high level of regular care that I have received there over many years. Even when my regular Dr. Hasn’t been available in an emergency, the staff has found a way for me to be seen and treated. For a small hospital the wound clinic provides services on par with any other facility I have been a patient in. What a great group of people providing sometimes difficult patients with kind, supportive and technical care for very serious conditions that might otherwise be ignored. They keep me coming back with a smile!

The staff was excellent. Especially the nurses. Waiting for a room took about 6 hours. Waiting to get discharged was about 8 hours. All staff was great. The nurses, aides, were my favorite. The were so kind. The room was very clean. The only negative thing was the hours of entry and discharge. The food, well, maybe have some brought to you. Fyi, salads are good.

Great! Hospital is understaffed & overworked but employees are doing their best. Other than 1 experience (which I understand & will not rate my overall rating on) I’ve always had amazing treatment there w/ a smile! I will continue to attend & support Watsonville Community Hospital’s efforts. Gos bless them all.
