My guy Lopa understood the assignment. I'm am more in love with my Telluride. The service today was fast as ever. I was able to pull in at 2:15 & car was ready at 3:20. Best service. I have been a westcoast audio customer for many many years and the service never disappoints. I got 5% window on my car and the work is amazing.. THE ONLY PLACE TO GO IS TO WESTCOAST AUDIO. Had a great experience getting my front windows tinted. West Coast Audio and Tint was one of the few approved installers of 3M tints in the Sacramento region. Knowing the bar that 3M sets for their products, I anticipated it would be a well run shop and still, I was blown away by how well the tint turned out and how knowledgeable Logan, the employee who assisted me, was regarding tinting options, audio products and security systems. There was a comfortable waiting area in the shop which gave me the chance to see how West Coast Audio & Tint treats other customers. A few people came into the shop while I was waiting, looking for various audio builds and tint jobs, and in my eyes Logan gave them all very honest and reasonable recommendations. The brands on display as well as the brands a shop doesn't carry says a lot about their workmanship. There's products and options for just about any budget in the shop and they're all from reputable high quality brands. There's no misleading sales tactics or that sort of thing, if you go in with a budget and goal it seems like Logan and the rest of the staff will be able to offer you close to the best value. If you're just interested in clapping out a car there may be better options for you, but if you want high quality work from honest people this is the place. I paid a bit under $300 for 3M Crystalline on the 2 front windows and a 4" windshield visor strip, all together it took 1.5 hours from walking into the shop until my keys were back in hand which is impressive seeing as I didn't so much as call ahead. Got answers to a bunch of questions I had regarding custom modifications I've been working on from Logan and will most definitely be returning soon.

I had a subwoofer installed in my car by Logan here. They did very quality work and made the whole installation look clean and sound great.i provided my own equipment and they were accommodating of my requests like installing the base knob where I wanted it. It took about 5 hours for them to finish so not the fastest but they were kinda busy so it was reasonable. If I ever need more sound work I'll likely be coming back here.

I'm a representative of a big company. We build service trucks. West coast mounts alarm systems on our trucks. I can definitely recommend these guys. They are friendly, professionally and fast. They not only listen you they hear you. They are also good at tinting, music, video registration and so on.
I'm sure your experience with them will be as good as ours.

Awesome customer service! Ricardo - BIG props to you! He assisted me right away on my DroneMobile hardware upgrade and did a great job, within a few minutes, replacing the hardware and having me on my way in less than 10-15 minutes. Overall, I really did appreciate his prompt and knowledgeable service and professionalism! Next year, I will be purchasing a new Tacoma truck and I know, where to take it for my alarm needs. This is my first review for West Coast Audio & Tint in West Sacramento, although it is my fourth experience with their small local business. Nearly 20 years ago I had a new car stereo system installed, and had a truly positive experience with these guys. Their work was professional, well priced, and their customer service was great. Since then, I've had another full stereo system installed (including a GPS), and then later a 360 degree car camera system installed. Same guys, same great experience...

Yesterday I called in and spoke with Tony about getting yet another camera system installed, expecting to have to wait a week or so for an appointment, and was lucky enough to get a spot TODAY. I brought in a car video system that I had received for Christmas, and MJ and his awesome tech guys had my sparkling new system installed in less than 2 hours, and then to boot, took the time to get in my car with me and show me how to use the screen controls, which had replaced my rear view mirror.

I'll take this opportunity to mention that I'm not a tech oriented girl. I have to ask a lot of questions, and apparently I'm not afraid to look dumb, since every time I've had something new installed, I've needed instructions on how to use it. And every time, they have been generous with their time AND their patience.

Don't be afraid to try these guys out. Their expertise is worth every hard earned dollar.
