We just moved to town and I was dreading getting new Internet set up. However, we were able to find speeds/prices online, and in one phone call with a friendly person, we got our service set up and all our questions answered. It's quite a bit pricier than the city we moved from, but the speed has been great!

I had a lot of buffering with another provider; with WesTel I've had very little or none. If it did buffer, it came back on within seconds. Plus since it is fiber, the weather does not affect the signal. The cost is a little higher, but the reliability is worth the difference.

Westel always gives me awesome customer service. Their field techs are always so kind and efficient. The customer service gals are always so courteous and helpful. And the fact that they call you and let you know that your internet is slow before I know it's slow now. That's customer service. Keep doing an awesome job 😁

I've been with Westel internet for 5 years now,never had any problems. Great service. I recently upgraded to the unlimited plan,got tired of watching my data,trying to save a few dollars every month.
