He was very responsive to all my questions and face timed multiple times so I could see the vehicle in real time and be 100% sure of my decision to buy it. He even picked me up from the airport. Buying a vehicle out of state can be difficult, but Tim made it easy because he’s honest, helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I was in town for a family funeral. After having my truck serviced in my hometown 970 miles away just a few days earlier. My truck started have the same codes pop up that I just had "fixed". Being on a timeline to get back, a young lady named Tori was able to work me in to service the next morning. The first tech came out and showed me what was happening with my truck and even walked me through the "why and how" of issue. Problem was easily resolved. Second issue, again Tori was able to make it happen. A tech named Bryan was able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly and make the repair the same day and was able to pick up my truck by end of day. During this process, it was determined that it was misdiagnosed from my local shop and wrong repairs were made there. After returning home, I was able to contact Tori from my local shop so she could explain to them what was done and why. This strengthened my reason for and helped me receive a refund on second repairs that were missed by the local shop. 35 years in retail and service and have rarely seen this level of service, especially from a dealership.

Absolutely amazing people working at this dealership. I drive a Chevy Duramax and was traveling back to my home in Michigan when I experienced a serious problem with my truck. I called literally two minutes before the service advisor (Timarie ) was leaving for the day, and explain to her the issues I was having with my truck. This absolutely incredible young lady opted to come to our aid on her own time with her own personal vehicle and guide us back to the dealership, stopping and blocking traffic with her flashers on while I limped my truck and fifth wheel into their parking lot. Then while still on her own time, she went and grabbed a code reader, to see if she could tell what was going on with my truck. My first initial thought was that I had suffered catastrophic transmission failure, but after she ran the codes, she was able to put my mind at ease and informed me that it was a much lesser problem with my exhaust system. She then accommodated us by allowing us to plug in our RV to one of the outside outlets, and spend the night right there in the parking lot. When morning came, I was greeted by an incredible team of service personnel. Tony, the service manager, Arron, my vehicle technician, and again by the smiling face of my service advisor Timarie. They wasted no time and had my vehicle inside being worked on. As I sat outside on my phone, notifying friends and family of my situation and not having any idea of how long we may be camping at the “ White’s RV resort & Silverado service center I turned to see ( Clark Kent) I mean Aaron climbing out of my truck after having backed it up to my fifth wheel. To my absolute amazement I questioned him and asked, what in the world did you do to my truck? He humbly smiled and handed me the keys as I nearly squeezed the life out of him. I can’t recall the last time I experienced such an emotional dump, it took me a good 15 minutes to compose myself. Even as I write this simple note, I find myself getting all choked up thinking about this group of people and how amazing they treated us. The words, (Thank you) just seem way too inadequate to express exactly how this experience has affected us. To anyone considering doing business with this dealership, all I can say is look no further, know that you have found the last place you will ever have to go for your car or truck needs. To all our new “Friends”at White’s, God Bless you all.
