Great place to rent. It has a great place to have a. Event with a kitchen, restrooms and a lot of table and chairs. It has a beautiful view of the river.

My sister used this place for her baby shower. It is very clean and modern looking. There is a little park beside it with to giant wooden ships and a new picnic shelter. I take my son there to play often. It also has one of the nicest boat ramps in Putnam County to access the river. Plenty of parking at the boat ramp. They just built a second picnic shelter there that would be great for family gatherings.

Nice size space with a great view of the river and bridge. Tables and chairs are readily available as well as a kitchen with a dishwasher, we just had to bring dish liquid and our own kitchen items. Stage set up includes a podium. Parking is scarce but I've seen people park on the grass. There is a street sign for location off the main road so easy direction.

Best place to take your boat out. Ramp has two lanes but everyone use both the lanes. People have been coming here for years so they dont take too long. Deck is pretty clean and good for loading and off loading.

Nice place to spend some time in the evening. Playground was nice and clean. So was the restroom. And the swings overlooking the river was great way to relax while the kids play

The park is wonderful. It would be nice for the anglers and boaters however if there were restrictions on swimming around the piers. Also, the basketball court is being used as a dog park?

Neat little urban space they made, has a new boat ramp and dock. Pretty cool place. Good for walking too.
