Don't miss out on this one! I came here for a sewing retreat and the place is darling. Large room with table for sewing machines, tons of extension cords and power strips, a full kitchen, individual cubbies with beds, cutting tables, irons, and layout boards. Such a great use of the space and it was obvious it was designed for sewers by sewers. Amy and Randy are so kind and provide all the essential information we needed in advance and provided a full walk-through of the retreat center when we arrived. If you need to get away with friends for some sewing, this is THE place!

On top of all that - I made a quilt a few months ago that I never thought I'd find the perfect backing fabric for. Wise Monkey had it right on their shelf.

Amy & Randy have everything! Well known for a huge inventory of laser cut applique sets, many samples displayed throughout store. Incredible! Large inventory of high quality quilt fabric from famous designers.
Many widebacks.
Many lines of blenders to meet your needs. Many sewing machines and longarm systems for sale.
I love the huge display of Acucut dies.
There are special displays of soaps, lotions, baking kits, BOOKS, buttons, patterns, threads, notions, rulers... Just ask if you cannot find what you're looking for, they're sure to have it there. Give yourself enough time to browse when you visit. Well worth the trip.
Easy, plentiful parking, good area, well lit, clean. Professional, friendly staff.

I'm back. I got some of Tula's prints today!
Tula Pink is just too fun. I just HAD to buy some of her colorful fabric.
The other print, an ombre from Studio e is vibrant, with beautiful color changes. Amy has 3 bolts of that collection left, and there's a pastel one too.

Wonderful for small group retreat! Full kitchen, restrooms with showers, private sleeping quarters. Irons, ironing boards, cutting stations (bring your rotary cutter), Plenty of space on tables, electrical outlets and USB ports available. AND, a wonderful fabric shop is right next door! Friendly, knowledgeable owners and staff!

Wise Monkey Quilt Shop is a lovely store. It seems week stocked with beautiful fabrics and lots of handy buttons. The two ladies working while I was there were helpful and not pushy. I enjoyed my time shopping at Wise Monkey and I will be back even though it's a bit of a drive for me.

Great space, stayed at retreat center Thursday to Sunday. Great set up, well stocked. Just need clothes, projects, toothbrush, meds and your rotary cutter.
