Don't waste your time or money with these clowns.
After several weeks of expressing dissatisfaction and not getting any response addressing my concerns, I fired them and consider it a complete waste of time.

Despite the response, it is not that I'm unimpressed with the first logo design. I hired them for two different projects, a logo and a website with digital marketing. I provided information on style ideas and preferences. The logo I received looked nothing like it, and when I said they were horrible, Cooper stated that he thought so too - so why did he send them to me?
The slow responses, lack of quality, and the lousy adjustments made it apparent to me that he did not have a designer on hand, but that he instead used Fiverr or Upwork - something I asked about and he did not deny.
In the meantime, I barely got any requests for information or any indication that the website was progressing.

Over the course of several weeks I let it be known that I wasn't happy and was losing faith, statements that were ignored. I then asked for a refund, and was told it would be processed, but that still hasn't happened yet.

Don't trust this company, don't waste your time with this company, and certainly don't give them any money.
