Very rude people working here answering phones like they are entitled or above the law. You are not police . Your friends are . So you don't have the right to talk down on people when they call to report an accident .called to get a lady help that was trapped her vehicle from an accident and the man ansering calls was extremely rude and talking over me . I won't ever report an accident next time I see someone in need of help . I don't want to put myself in the path of rudeness and get disrespected . One time I reported a tree and powerliine down and their response was did you knock the tree down did you knock the lines down. I see other states firing people over this type of behavior towards our community when they dial for help. learn to have some respect. Stop putting negative attitudes in our community
