Our club has shirts printed by this company. When the time came to order shirts they opened the online store to complete orders. I completed mine paid for and received a confirmation email in early June. Our club President picked up all the orders. I didn't find out until Aug before the next event I could attend and get my order that they never printed the order. They were contacted and said they never got the order, because it was after the order date but the store sight was still open.Gave them the confirmation number a and the said they would get it fixed quickly. Received another emil in August the order was ready for pickup then a few days later received another email saying they were shipping the order. I called and spoke to a lady to confirm and she said no they don't ship orders that was just a computer program mistake. I told them I would pick it up late Friday afternoon because I would need them the following Thursday and she said they would leave it out behind the sign. After a very problematic day I got there at 7:30pm on Friday as the day I told them I would pick them up from Stoughton knowing she was going to leave it out for me and them knowing I was coming I wasn't worried. When I got there nothing was left out anywhere with 3 excellent places they could have left it inside between two storm doors or a covered box behind the dumpster it was not left there or inside any storm door. Now I'm without the shirts I will need in the next upcoming weekend. For a company that calls themselves "Worldwide" but doesn't ship orders besides saying they didn't have an order after collecting payment and sending a confirmation email, and then not having the order out for pickup as told is extremely a bad and unprofessional way to run a business !! As for the order which I believe I saw through the window in a bag sitting inside by the locked front door. I left a message and told them they need to ship it so I get it by the coming Thursday. They cost me a tank of gas and a lot of aggregation because of very poor and incompetent way of conducting a business !!

After what I thought was going to be a successful experience, I discovered that, unless I contacted the gal handling the order placed, I did not hear from her with updates, etc. In fact, after requesting information via email regarding the progress of the product 11 days after it was ordered--2 days ago, I received an emailed invoice today--no information regarding picking up the product, that it was completed, no, just an invoice. I have dealt with this company in the past with other employees and it was handled much more professionally by those employees. I am very disappointed with the handling of this transaction.
