This is one of my favorite channels. All of the channel 4's actually. Lately. Last 3 or 4 months the reception is horrid. Checked digital antenna and that is not the problem. I can be watching a show. Right in the middle screen gets all digital and then gone. No signal. Usually for hours. As I am writing this at 8:53 A.M. I still have no signal since last night. No matter which way I move antenna. I have repeatedly called and they don't know what it is. I could understand if it was windy, stormy then that could be a reason. Mine went out yesterday evening and it still isn't back. Antenna is set in right place. All of a sudden it'll come back and work for a few then gone again. This is my #1 watched channel and you are ruining it for me. At least before it was digital I could move antenna and it would come in again. If I didn't have my cell phone I wouldn't be able to keep up at all with it. Unfortunately some people don't have that answer. Ya'll need to fix what ever needs fixing. So sad.

I’ve met multiple people who work for the station and can say they seem to genuinely care about providing quality news. These folks work hard every single day, work extra ours at weird times when breaking news happens, etc. and do their best to serve our community.

This media channel is one of the best in the Wiregrass area. Outside of the worldwide trash news media in this country today. I like the hometown news crew and the coverage of local news and businesses.

For the last 12 to 14 days the news channel in the morning has the worse reception. Constantly the moving of their lips are not with the sound. The blurred vision is terrible.

If you click through the weather forecast so fast that people can’t read it, they’re going to go elsewhere. Just because the weather girl is tired and annoyed, doesn’t mean she can rush through everything as fast as the clicker will allow… Read through it, wait a second or two, then proceed! Everyone wins!

Where are these young kids trying to give the weather that is moving there arms so jerky coming from. I know they are probably in training but there has to be better training before putting them out there before the public!
