My first visit at 3pm on a Friday afternoon, and the wait was not long at all. It's mostly street parking, some metered some not, and some paid lots. Watch the signs.

Important to note that you place your order at the counter inside near the outdoor patio, take a number to your seat, and a server delivers it. My group of 5 ate outside at picnic tables with plenty of umbrellas to shade the sun, tall "hedges" to block the little bit of street traffic, and there was a nice breeze. There's a WIDE variety of sausages and beverages, and the service was fast. I had the VEGETARIAN MEXICAN CHIPOTLE with caramelized onions and sweet peppers. Just enough heat in the sausage so the sweet peppers were perfect, and I went with some honey mustard to also balance it. Everyone liked their dishes and drinks. They also offer indoor seating.

My only criticism might be that the fries were too salty (but still delicious), and the pesto mayo was great but the portion was too small. The "Klein" (small) fries are more than enough for the average person.

I would definitely go back to try other things!

First time here, been in this area many times, usually a line, finally decided to try it out, lots of unique options, I opted for the original brat, also got my toppings on the side and just got truffle oil fries. So many options for the mustard choices, very clean outside, friendly, helpful staff. Would return and highly recommend.

Wurstküche isn't just a place to grab a bratwurst; it's an experience. From the moment you step inside, the lively, industrial-chic atmosphere buzzes with energy. It's the kind of place where you can relax, have a good time, and enjoy some seriously delicious food.

Let's talk about the stars of the show: the bratwurst. With a vast and intriguing selection, there's something to tantalize every taste bud. The quality is undeniable, and each bratwurst is cooked to perfection, delivering a burst of flavor with every bite.

But Wurstküche isn't just a one-trick pony. The fries? Oh, the fries! They are, without a doubt, insanely good. Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and utterly addictive, they are a must-order and a worthy companion to any bratwurst selection. Seriously, prepare to be amazed.

While I'm not a beer drinker, I was pleasantly surprised by the impressive selection of non-alcoholic beverages. It's refreshing to see a restaurant put thought into options for those who prefer something other than beer or soda. This attention to detail shows they care about providing a complete and enjoyable experience for everyone.

The service was friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive vibe. The combination of great food, a vibrant atmosphere, and excellent service makes Wurstküche a standout dining destination in Los Angeles. Whether you're a bratwurst aficionado or just looking for a fun and tasty meal, Wurstküche delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!

Wurst really good!! But too salty fries, it would definitely be better if customers could salt them themselves. However, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and it’s a great place to hang out with friends.

Top 3 favorite places in LA. I live in Big Bear and make sure to grab sausages when I come down. Exotics are fun for hosting.

I had the knockwust & the Kielbasa.. Kielbasa was my go2, idk I'd pay $10 for parking & $50 for 2 sausage & 2 beers... I can make it better myself, but if u can't manage to make sausage & poor to beers for yourself then give it a shot

I like the place. They have handmade hot dogs and french fries. I got two hotdogs and fries(large size) and they're just 30dollars.
Their food and vibe are good. I recommend here. Also, they have seats inside the shop.

I was expected this spot to be more authentic based on the name, since only a German can pronounce it correctly lol
This is more a German-American fusion spot. No German beers. Hotdog buns instead of a “bröttchen” served with sausages. No Currywurst (?!?)

The fries tasted great though
