Uneducated on products and under staffed.

I spent 2.5 hours in the Tuscaloosa location last week. I made an appointment and got right in. The associate was kind but wow he didn’t know any of them products. Set me up in a snails pace.

When I tried to set everything up, nothing that we spoke about was available to me. So I spent another 2 hours on the phone with customer service. Finally got it all set up but now I have to
Go to the store to swap equipment.

I walk in to the store and there are 50 people waiting and ONLY 2 staff members. On a Sunday!!!!! Seriously 2 staff?

Now I’ve been waiting for another 2 hours. What amazingly terrible customer service. I can’t believe this is how they run this organization and they are fully unapologetic about the service they are

Employee who helped me signed me up for a 24-month contract after I explicitly said I wanted a 12-month contract. She also added a NOW TV subscription to my account without telling me and spelled my name wrong on the account.

The internet they provide is terrible as it continually goes out. You won’t have wifi for days and it takes forever for a tech to come. If you can avoid xfinity Tuscaloosa. If you try to go in store you will see a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing. Why do they need 4 employees to help two customers? Your guess is as good as mine. Save yourself the trouble and get AT&T.

Very slow in assigning you to a wait list. You just have to stand around in the front of the store until someone gets around to asking your name so that you know you're in line for help. When they do get around to you it is the usual Xfinity so so help

Disconnected service and they continued to charge for services we did not have for 8 months! Called multiple times and went to the store 9 times and they never corrected the issue! Terrible customer service and WiFi never works!! Crooks!

Man this place is the worse. They never have staff (high turnover rate), then all the staff is new so they don’t know how to do anything that you need done. It’s so frustrating.
