Went in to purchase a new phone. The associate was somewhat knowledgeable but extremely condescending. Also, I got a much better deal online with my trade-in. He told me it would be more expensive to pay cash than financing. I ended up getting a new watch for the same amount of money in total by purchasing direct from Samsung.

Jordan, Walnut Creek store, assisted me today with a taxes and fees credit refund on a Google Pixel phone I received May 16, and returned May 17 via FedEx to Xfinity, Memphis, TN, delivered May 20. Have been trying to get my taxes and fees refund I was promised when I purchased the Google Pixel if I wasn’t satisfied ever since. I returned the phone because it didn’t work well in my house and Xfinity started charging $40 per month for land lines when the service used to be free and included with my package. I could never get this resolved talking with Xfinity support on the phone or in the Concord store after several visits and speaking with different support people at Concord.
Jordan took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. Very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and patient support person. I will visit Walnut Creek store from now on. I was ready to go back to Verizon if I couldn’t resolve this today. Thank you Jordan.

The salesman lied to me about the price of my internet plan and added a phone line on without my approval. After reading other reviews I can see I’m not the only person this happened to. I told him I could pay $40 a month. He kept selecting a more expensive plan on my phone and asking me to sign the contract ($70, $60 dollar a month ones). Even after having him change it multiple times he managed to get me to sign for one that was $50 and add on the phone line without me noticing. He said the first bill is slightly more expensive with initiation fees or something. On my next bill I got charged $60 and saw a phone line was being billed for. I was able to change it over the phone with customer service after I got my bill but I didn’t get a refund for these higher bills, it didn’t go into effect immediately so I got charged that price for 2 months total and it was a hassle. I now pay $35 a month thanks to the phone customer service rep (love her!!). Would not recommend purchasing any plan in store or having any trust in the employee I worked with. Makes me sad that people do stuff like this.

terrible, idk what’s wrong w xfinity mobile, -5 stars, nothing works, it’s been been 3 weeks, iphones, iwatch, go to verizon…edit—finally worked after having to get a new iwatch and 3 weeks of delays. one more star maybe

The latest abrupt removal of Bay Area NBC Sports (Warriors, Giants etc) with less than 24 hours notice to force an upgrate to a more expensive plan is complete garbage...Corporate Greed at its finest.

Thank goodness for YouTube TV and so many other options

This store is fantastic! The Concord location is always crowded so this one being right down the street is PERFECT for us. The staff is still new as the store has just opened but very knowledgeable, compassionate, patient as these processes can sometime be very lengthy and monotonous. The only problem with this store is they don't get enough traffic so they tend to not get much business. Guys we've been waiting for this store for years LET'S PUT IT TO USE!!!! They're cell phone service is super cheap as well however still exceptional cell coverage! 10/10
