To whom it may concern: My company made a on-line request on Monday and didn't get a response so the next morning I called the office and left a message. Later on I received an email of questions asking what kind of service I needed. I emailed back what my needs were and didn't get a response. So later I emailed again and ask, Can you have a sales representative to give me a call instead of emailing back and fourth? Then this morning I get to the office and received a
email from your comapany saying "we will pass on your business". I'm in the service industry and I think someone needs know about the lack of customer service that I received. Just because I own a Maid Service that doesn't mean
I can't afford a advertising budget. I also, explained that my contract was coming up in a month and I would like to compare
pricing.
