Every time I come to this Zaxby’s I always have a fantastic meal and wonderful service. Everyone here is so polite, a lady even came around with a tray offering extra condiments, napkins and silverware. The only other fast food chain who offers this type of service is Chick-Fil-A. As a parent with young children, I appreciate this level of customer service!

We stopped in here for lunch while visiting the area. We went inside to order but got it to go. We ordered the Asian Zensation Zalad, Zaxbys Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken Finger plate.

All our meals were delicious and perfectly cooked, however the season fries were a little too salty. We got our order very quickly as it was not that busy when we stopped by. The staff was nice and friendly.

Photo is of my food sitting there with me standing at the counter waiting (witdat face 😡) for 20 minutes for it. Management was WEAK at best. Food may have been good if it wasn’t cold and sweaty from sitting there for 20 minutes. Felt bad for the girl at the counter, probably the best employee they had. Drive thru was kickin’ it, should’ve done that instead of going in.

When you pay $10 for some fast food chicken and fries, you’d at least expect the wings to actually have sauce, not 30% of the amount it should have. They don’t give a shit, this is the second time. Maybe hire better employees. Won’t be back!

My friend and I went to the grand opening today. This is hands down the best Zaxby’s location I have ever been to. The entire staff were very friendly and made sure to accommodate us throughout our entire dining experience, including table side sauce service. We got the 20 piece family meal as shown in the attached image. It was hot, fresh, and tasty. Plenty of food for us to finish during our visit. Unsurprisingly, the restaurant was very clean and had a good atmosphere with all the locals already rushing in to try some delicious chicken fingers. Overall, a great experience, unmatched by any other fast food restaurants in the area.

Food was horrible. Fries had too much seasoning, shrimp was overcooked, chicken tenders overcooked and dried out. It looked like the food was sitting All morning and wasn't fresh. If YOU WON'T eat it, don't serve it. Customers would be happier for good, fresh, food.

Just went and I asked for extra seasoning (it was also on the receipt) there isn’t ANY seasoning on it at all. Definitely a waste and completely ruined my night. Will NOT be going here again.
